1.1 Where is your retail store located?
We currently have 2 retail store locations. Our first location is located in Thomasville, Georgia downtown on the brick street. Mary Madison Boutique is proud to be a part of a booming downtown! Our website supports only United States addresses, so please contact us to ship to anywhere else.
Gift wrap is available for $5.00 per box. We are happy to include a gift card, please use the gift message section for the card greeting.
1.3 What is your return policy?
Mary Madison Boutique is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our children’s boutique you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for an exchange or store credit within 15 days of receipt of the item. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit for your girls or boys boutique clothing. If we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
Please note: We cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized and made-to-order custom items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your order date. Returned furniture, rugs, lamps, and chandeliers may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Please call if you have any questions.
1.4 Do you charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Georgia address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
